The Early Childhood Resource Kit enables early childhood educators to teach the Protective Behaviours programme to children over five lessons.
The kit was developed by our early years team to help educators foster personal safety skills in young children. The program is mapped to the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standard.
Protective Behaviours is based on two core themes:
- We all have the right to feel safe at all times.
- We can talk with someone about anything, no matter what it is.

The Lesson Plans and Kit is recommended for children aged 3-6 years.
